One Coach Pro, led by One Entreprise, is a platform connecting martial arts coaches with students. Originally built by another developer as a fast MVP on WordPress with WooCommerce and Listeo, it needed taking over, fixing and finalising into a stable, custom marketplace.
The need
An MVP gets you to market, but it left bugs, rough edges and missing features. The client needed the platform stabilised and completed so it could be used for real.
The solution
I took over the existing codebase, corrected and consolidated its structure, then improved the interface and developed the new features the platform required.
