An online platform for selling new real estate lots
La Plateforme du Neuf, a Toulouse real estate agency, needed a secure online platform to showcase and sell new-build properties. Restricted to partners, it lets users reserve lots and access the required documents.
Background
La Plateforme du Neuf, a Toulouse-based agency specializing in new-construction housing, wanted to provide its partners with a secure space to view and reserve units. Together with the NRV agency, I developed this custom extranet using Symfony.
An extranet—a secure application accessible only to authorized partners—to display available properties, enable their reservation, and centralize the necessary documentation. No public access to the data.
Roles
- Administrator: manages partners, units, and projects; tracks reservations.
- Partner: Viewing listed projects, reserving units for buyers, and accessing supporting documents.
Development
Development and production environments using Docker for reproducible deployments; database modeling (partners, lots, programs, documents); administration and partner interfaces with search, filtering, and security mechanisms.
Results
A high-quality service for partners and optimized internal operations—a concrete example of the value added by a business platform in the new-construction real estate sector.
