La Plateforme du Neuf is a Toulouse agency specialising in new-build homes, working directly with property developers. To serve its partners better, it commissioned a secure online platform for selling real estate lots, an extranet rather than a public listing site.
The need
Led by Fred Capaldi, with 25+ years in the new-homes market, the agency needed a partner-only space to present available lots, share documents and let partners reserve properties, without manual back-and-forth.
The solution
Working with the NRV agency, I built a Symfony extranet where authenticated partners browse available lots, access the documents they need and reserve properties online.
