Design and development of a custom business platform to streamline sales operations, personalise the customer journey and drive conversions, built on Symfony for a communications agency’s client.
As part of a freelance project for a Toulouse communications agency, I helped design and develop a SaaS platform dedicated to optimising sales performance for one of its clients.
The need
The goal was clear: a tool to centralise product data, streamline sales reps’ workflows and improve the conversion of leads into customers. Off-the-shelf tools were too rigid for the client’s process.

We built a custom platform on Symfony that brings product data and sales operations together, and shapes the customer journey around how the team actually sells.
