To take our support a step further, a monthly video call can be scheduled to review your site, your needs, your goals, and the priority actions to be taken.

Everything You Need to Know About the Business Plan
What are the 3 monthly hours for?
These three hours cover ongoing and corrective maintenance: bug fixes, minor functional updates, targeted optimizations, and minor content updates. They are intended to allow the site to evolve without the need for cumbersome administrative procedures.
Can unused hours be carried over?
By default, unused hours are not automatically carried over from one month to the next, unless otherwise agreed.
What happens if I need more than 3 hours of work?
Requests exceeding 3 hours per month will be subject to an additional quote, depending on the nature and scope of the work requested.
What is the response time in the event of a breakdown or service outage?
The Business plan includes priority support: in the event of a critical outage, we guarantee a response within 12 hours. If the issue is caused by customer error or requires extensive work, the response time may be longer and a quote may be required.
Is it possible to migrate my website to your hosting service?
Yes. Migration is possible, but migration fees are not included by default. We’ll first discuss the scope of the migration and the costs, and then I can handle the process once the agreement is signed.
How do backups and restores work?
Automatic daily backups are performed to ensure data protection. If necessary, data can be restored from the most recent backup.
Can I request additional access to the infrastructure?
You can access the FTP server and the database to manage certain technical aspects directly.
What is not included in the Business plan?
This offer does not include major redesigns, large-scale development projects, or custom projects exceeding the 3-hour monthly limit, paid licenses for third-party plugins or themes, or comprehensive paid SEO campaigns. These items will be quoted separately.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can switch to a different plan (higher or lower) at any time. We will handle the transition and adjust your billing according to the agreed-upon terms.
