TMI (Taverne Montage Industriel) is a company near Toulouse specialising in the design, manufacture and wiring of electrical cabinets for industry and services. To streamline production and maintenance, it commissioned a SaaS application combining a custom CRM and a CMMS on Symfony.
The need
TMI needed to manage both sides of its business in one place: client relationships and sales on one hand, and the rollout and ongoing maintenance of its equipment on the other.

The application pairs a CRM, to manage interactions with customers and prospects, with a CMMS that tracks production and maintenance, giving the team a single operational tool.
