The NRV agency wanted to overhaul its internal CRM and HR systems. To fit its needs precisely, we built a custom integrated management package on the Symfony framework, an ERP tailored to the agency rather than an off-the-shelf product.
The need
The agency’s client, prospect and project data lived in disconnected tools. It needed one coherent system, flexible enough to adapt as processes changed, without paying for rigid SaaS licences.
The solution
Symfony was the natural choice given prior experience with the framework. The system centralises clients, prospects and projects, and includes a dynamic form builder so the team can create new data-capture flows without a developer each time.

NRV (Network Reach Visibility) is a full-service communications agency founded in Toulouse in 2015 by Pierre-Olivier Pelras. With a team of 13 employees, the agency is organized around six areas of expertise covering all aspects of modern communications: strategy, creative design, web development, SEO, social media, and user acquisition.
